No More AAU

It finally happened Summer got kicked off the Breeze AAU basketball team. After four long years of putting up with a over bearing coach. It came to a head Sunday at Lubbock High School. In a game for third place they were playing the ICE a team they have never beat and will never beat because they have a great coach.
He attracts the best players from all around town and knows how to get the most out of them. Anyway the problem is Summer is getting her shot over her head like a real basketball player like a boy. She is not pushing the ball like a girl shoots it. Most girls don't have the arm strength to shot the ball like this so they are pushers but all your college and pros players shoot the ball over there head male or female. But for some reason Our coach does not think girls can shot the ball like that. He is one of the guy's who would have girls still playing half court. They are not strong enough to run the whole court. This is just stupid thinking by a narcissistic control freak and we are way ahead getting away from him.  And to add insult to injury he took the girls third place metals and through them in the trash can. You know playing basketball on an AAU team is suppose to be fun first and foremost. When you have little 14 teen and 13 teen year old girls crying over losing a stupid game we have a problem here. Yes we have a big problem so the best thing to do was get away from this guy as fast as we can and don't look back. The ICE team has several girls shooting the ball over their head and their coach is not trying to stop them. To the contrary he encourages better shooting form and know as the girls get bigger they will have to learn to shoot the ball over there heads or they will get every shot blocked. It is real simple you learn to play tall or quit. And to be mad about losing they are not good enough to be mad... They should be having fun.........................That is the reason some people should not be allowed to be coaches... and everyone can see it...
